Connecting the TBI Family to a Lifetime of Hope and Opportunity

BIAF is a non-profit organization, founded in 1985 by the mother of a young man who sustained a traumatic brain injury from an automobile crash. It is an organization of individuals with brain injuries, their families, and professionals working to help people cope with the long term effects of traumatic brain injury.

Its mission is to improve the quality of life for persons with brain injury and their families by creating a better future through brain injury prevention, research, education, support services, and advocacy.

The organization assists individuals with brain injuries, their families and professionals by providing:
